cute rooms, easy to find, cheerfull staff, clean
I liked that it was within walking distance of most things we wanted to do in Banff
I booked a loft with a fireplace and got a basic room. I was introducing a guest from the USA to Banff so was disappointed in the basic room. That being said, I did not mention it to anyone until I was checking out I asked her if I had booked incorrectly and I hadn't. There was not much compension for the room being wrong.
We really liked the location, walking distance to all the shops and short drive to gondala and hotsprings. Housekeeping was wonderful and the lady that worked the continental breakfast was great. Support staff were all friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. We look forward to staying again next summer. Thanks to all for making our trip easy.
The location was great but our room was right on the major road into town and if it was a busy time of year it would've been very noisy.
The hotel room was shabby and didn't look like the picture at all - old carpet, old furniture, very dark inside the room. The small pool and hot tub did look nice, but we didn't use them.
Really enjoyed the continental breakfast. The lady stocking the food was very pleasant and friendly.
Wish it were a little closer to the heart of the town.
We really loved having the fireplace and the fridge in our King Loft room. Parking was great and the pool/jacuzzi and complimentary continental breakfast was good.
The tv in the room was outdated and there was no tub in the room.
The service staff was great. The pool was clean and the hottub was delightful! The room was clean and the bed was comfy!
We didn't have a bathtub which would have been nice. We read the reviews about the loft being hot upstairs and cold downstairs... While it was a little chilly downstairs, it was perfectly comfortable.
The room was comfortable, bathroom very spacious and nice. Breakfast served was good.
We had a room on the ground floor. Very noisy especially with guests arriving late at night.
The staff were always helpful when asked questions. The special rate made it very good value.
There were no tissues in the bathroom. The noise from adjacent rooms was too evident.
we enjoyed our stay very much! especially liked how clean everything was!! The beds were very comfortable and it was great value for our money!
The only thing thar we could say was that the lower part of the room got a bit cold @ night.
The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. When we decided to enjoy the pool and hot tub, the entire area was vacant and allowed for us to enjoy it in private.
The continental breakfast was over quickly and didn't allow for any late sleepers. They offered tea but no milk to go in it.
The very friendly staff! The parking!
The thin walls! The pictures on the website make the room much bigger than it is. I will be back though thanks to the friendly and prompt everything!!
Everything it was perfect for my wife's and my get away. It is not a princess palace but it is exactly what we like. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff,
Good size suite with kitchen facilities, 10 min walk from centre of Banff but bus passes door every 30 mins
Hot tub and steam room
The checking in and checking out time as we have kids and family..... need to do something to attract more people and families
